By using Keep-It-Balanced Pro, a subsidiary of Prestige VA Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Keep-It-Balanced Pro ("KIB Pro") is a subsidiary of Prestige VA Solutions. By accessing or using KIB Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
KIB Pro provides AI-powered bookkeeping, transaction categorization, tax intelligence, and financial reporting tools. Our services are for bookkeeping assistance only and do NOT constitute tax, legal, or financial advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the accuracy of your financial data; reviewing AI-generated categorizations before relying on them; keeping your login credentials secure; complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations; and consulting qualified professionals for tax and legal advice.
4. Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refund requests are handled per our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Our platform, AI models, algorithms, and all related technology are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of your financial data.
7. Limitation of Liability
KIB Pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for: tax filing errors or penalties; financial decisions made based on our platform; data loss from third-party integrations; or indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to your account. We retain data per our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
